About this event
Whether you are new to stretching or have spent time away and wish to regain flexibility, we have you covered. We'll focus on an effective combination of gentle isometric, passive and active stretching techniques coupled with mindfulness exercises to loosen a range of muscles and safely build flexibility for pole and aerial dance. There are no prerequisites ; all are welcome.
