  • A Venezuelan man who escaped from the Tacoma ICE detention center was recaptured in Oregon on March 30 — advocacy groups gathered outside the facility to demand its closure amid concerns about poor conditions.  FOX 13

  • Students in the district took part in March Gladness—a campaign led by Communities In Schools—to support local groups and learn leadership skills. Thirty schools held drives to collect hygiene items and food for those in need and chose a new campaign logo designed by a Rogers High School student.  Puyallup School District
