- ➤ A 13-year-old boy was arrested in Pierce County for making school shooting threats after police found dozens of guns and disturbing writings at his home, and investigators said he was infatuated with mass shootings. FOX 13

- ➤ Governor Ferguson and local leaders toured the damaged White River Bridge on September 8th and noted temporary repairs are underway after a collision. The governor issued an emergency declaration to secure federal funding for a permanent fix—estimated to cost over $2 million. FOX 13
